Lehigh Direct is a fully equipped, 234,000 square foot facility in the Chicago suburbs employing over 200 people dedicated to creating a quality direct marketing programs for all of our customers. We offer an array of unique formats including the impactful Lehigh ProCard that will set your marketing efforts apart from the competition. Our personalization solutions allow for individualized messages and targeted offers to help you speak directly to your customer. Lehigh Direct incorporates the highest quality inline inkjet personalization in the industry with resolutions up to 300 x 600 dots per inch.
Our other facility Dixon Direct, is located 90 miles west of Chicago in Dixon, Illinois. The facility is approximately 161,000 square feet. It has multiple, single and double heatset web presses including two brand new Goss M-2000 6 Unit web presses that all have in-line finishing. Dixon employs 265 dedicated people that work at maintaining the highest level of quality in the in-line printing business. The Visant Corporation has made significant investments to make both facilities state of the art in inline printing and finishing.
