To make doing business easier with Lehigh Direct we have utilized web based applications to soft proof a project, track mail, build a creative library or drop files to an FTP site. All these services were built in order to create an efficient workflow between many people on multiple projects.
Whether it is tracking mail or looking for creative inspiration we have developed resources to help our customers succeed. Each area is password-protected to make sure valuable information is only accessible to our customers or employees working on Lehigh Direct projects. As more tools become available we will review each one to make sure they truly enhance the customer experience and create even greater efficiency in getting our customer’s marketing programs to market and in home as fast as possible.
MailTrak™
Lehigh Direct MailTrak™ is an online reporting tool that comprehensively tracks your mailings through the U.S. Postal Service system. Users of MailTrak™ can more accurately predict in-home mail arrivals so you can effectively schedule telemarketing programs, manage inventory and project cash flow.
MailTrak™ Plus
Lehigh Direct MailTrak™ Plus offers the online reporting capabilities of our MailTrak™ system with additional services including enhanced mapping, user defined reporting tools, and a downloadable mobile phone application for results on the go.
InSite Proofing
Insite Proofing is an online soft proofing tool for content approval and allows our customers to control the approval process throughout the proofing of a project. Our customers can review, amend and approve any project of theirs through a password-protected area. It can be accessed 24/7 from any web browser, giving our customers the flexibility to check, amend and proof stages of the project from any location. Email prompts inform participants that a new proof is ready to review saving time and streamlining the production process. In addition, the Lehigh Direct prepress department prefers customers to use InSite for downloading files.
Electronic File Transmission
This FTP site allows our customers to conduct a secure transfer of files to our Digital Services Group. This site is password-protected and utilizes the latest is internet file transfer security.
Creative Ideas Factory
The Creative Ideas Factory is an online creative library built to provide our customers an opportunity to view the many pieces and formats that have been created to help marketers reach their audiences more effectively. The animations and flash enabled graphics allow for an easy understanding of how the piece unfolds when the end customer receives it in the mail. Our library is made up of hundreds of formats that should provide some inspiration for new and interesting ways to reach your target audience.
